Green Eggs and Ham

One of Jackson's favorite books is "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss. In fact, when he was about a year and a half old I walked into his room as he was reading it: "You like eggs? Noooo. You like eggs? Noooo." It was so cute! Anyway, he's recently grown to love it again, so this morning we made green eggs and pancakes (I didn't have ham) for breakfast. He LOVED it! The pancakes were green too, but you can't tell in this picture.
